But before we get started, maybe you guys wonder what is Mei Wei? In the Chinese language, 美味 Mei Wei means Delicious! More so it specifically means beautiful flavor. And as you have probably guessed it, this blog is all about food, cultural cuisine, and all these beautiful flavors all around the world! So lets dig in! Bon Appetit! And however you decide to pronounce it, May Way, My Way, whatever! It is OUR way of discovering the secrets to the incredible food around us!
